Specific features depend on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises offer upscale snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, while business charters provide conference amenities and professional catering alternatives.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure a booking, it's best to do so at least 2–3 weeks ahead of your desired date, particularly during the busy season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable for optimal choice and customization time.
What course of action do we take if weather conditions are unfavorable?
Our main concern is safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are not safe, we'll propose either to rebook your charter at your earliest convenience or to process a full refund. We vigilantly monitor the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to departure should the forecast be uncertain.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and drinks aboard. We also offer excellent tailored catering services and can adapt our menus to your tastes. It's important to note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on deck.

What does your cancellation policy look like?
Cancellations occurring 72 hours before the departure are eligible for a full refund. Those between 24–72 hours before the trip are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours do not offer a refund unless they result from weather situations or mechanical shortcomings on our part.
